Paying attention to packaging format and product values, I worked with the design and marketing teams to develop packaging copy that would stand out on shelves and tell the right brand and product stories once in customer’s hands.

I partnered with our marketing director to refresh the email subscriber program and optimize customer retention. I developed key content categories based on the brand’s values, structured a calendar for deployment, and supplied all email copy.
