Website Refresh // Delivered a complete website refresh of the Tiffany & Co. Engagement section of their website including a brand-new design, user experience and content to match, such as interactive guides, sustainability stories and positioning.
Global Digital Content // From landing pages to special content pages and features, I’ve collaborated with a variety of teams to ensure that marketing, brand and merchandise goals are reflected across al digital channels and copy.
Email Marketing // Partnered with all departments on emails covering new customer engagement, brand identity, engagement collection, special occasions, product launches and jewelry/home collections.
E-commerce Build and Website Platform Transfer // Served as Lead Copywriter and Content Manager for a complete site transfer and e-commerce build for the brand’s world-renowned engagement collection. Partnered closely with developers on all digital content, from key brand stories to technical and u/x copy.
